No run Today. I don’t want to over do it too early in my training, so for the first week I will be running every other day.
Breakfast – 5 strips of streaky bacon and 3 eggs fried in Lard.
Breakfast BGL – 7.5 mmol/L at 06:15 am
Breakfast insulin – 8 units of Lantus at 7:00 am, 6 units of Novorapid ( 2 as a correction for the 7.5 and 4 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the bacon ).
Lunch – 60 grams of Danish Salami and 100 grams of tasty cheese.
Lunch BGL – 5.1 mmol/L at 12:00 pm
Lunch insulin – Nil
Dinner – Hapuka steak fried in lard, carrots, broccoli and beans
Dinner BGL – 6.1 mmol/L at 7:05 pm
Dinner Insulin – 6 units of Novorapid, 3 to cover the fish because it was a big fillet and 3 to cover the carrots.
Bedtime BGL – 7.0 mmol/L at 9:40 pm
Bedtime insulin – nil
