Day 12

28-11-2013

No run Today. I got up and dressed at 4:30 am, got out the door and down the road a bit, then realised I had a blister on my toe. Every time my right foot hit the ground the blister hurt enough to make me hop about. So I turned around and walked back home. It was too early to stay up so I went back to bed. I should have stayed up because when I woke up later I felt terrible.

Note :- No run tomorrow or Saturday morning as I have my granddaughters staying and one of them sleeps in our bedroom. The alarm going off at 4:30 would wake her and that would not please my wife or my eldest daughter.
