It takes a lot of energy to keep grandchildren occupied.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-Run \u2013 6:45 am<br \/>\nInsulin status \u2013 last lantus 7:00 am 30\/11\/2013, last novorapid 7:35 pm 30\/11\/2013<\/p>\n<p>Pre-run BGL \u2013 7.7 mmol\/L at 06:45 am<\/p>\n<p>Distance run 8 km.<br \/>\nToday\u2019s run was included 3 sets of 6 Chin Ups.<\/p>\n<p>Post-run BGL \u2013 11.7 mmol\/L at 9:25 am \u2013 Post run BGLs are back to where they started. It doesn\u2019t take much for all the good work to be undone.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast \u2013 5 pieces of streaky bacon and 3 eggs fried in Lard.<br \/>\nBreakfast insulin \u2013 8 units of Lantus at 9:45 am, 6 units of Novorapid ( 4 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the bacon and 2 as a correction for the 11.7 ).<\/p>\n<p>Lunch \u2013 200 grams of strawberries and 100 grams of whipped cream.<br \/>\nLunch BGL \u2013 3.6 mmol\/L at 12:25 pm<br \/>\nLunch insulin \u2013 Nil<\/p>\n<p>Dinner \u2013 3 x pieces of sirloin steak and salad<br \/>\nDinner BGL \u2013 7.5 mmol\/L at 7:00 pm<br \/>\nDinner Insulin \u2013 nil ( I got side tracked and forgot to take any insulin ).<\/p>\n<p>Bedtime BGL \u2013 13.3 mmol\/L at 9:40 pm<br \/>\nBedtime insulin \u2013 8 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the steak.
