It is Payday weekend which means grocery shopping. Lots of driving and walking around supermarket aisles.<br \/>\nSo a nice sleep in.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast \u2013 5 strips of streaky bacon and 3 eggs fried in Lard.<br \/>\nBreakfast BGL \u2013 5.8 mmol\/L at 06:45 am<br \/>\nBreakfast insulin \u2013 8 units of Lantus at 7:00 am, 4 units of Novorapid ( 4 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the bacon ).<\/p>\n<p>Lunch \u2013 200 grams of pork crackling fried and 2 eggs fried in lard.<br \/>\nLunch BGL \u2013 6.8 mmol\/L at 1:40 pm<br \/>\nLunch insulin \u2013 3 units of Novorapid ( 3 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the pork crackling ).<\/p>\n<p>Dinner \u2013 Chicken and salad.<br \/>\nDinner BGL \u2013 13.1 mmol\/L at 6:15 pm, I had a couple of beers before dinner which is why my pre-dinner GBL was higher.<br \/>\nDinner Insulin \u2013 10 units of Novorapid, 6 to cover the chicken and 4 as a correction for the high BGL.<\/p>\n<p>Bedtime BGL \u2013 7.0 mmol\/L at 10:10 pm<br \/>\nBedtime Snack \u2013 nil<br \/>\nBedtime insulin \u2013 nil<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>17-11-2013 No run Today.
