As I said earlier, I don\u2019t want to over do it too early in my training, so for the first week I will be running every other day.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast \u2013 5 strips of streaky bacon and 3 eggs fried in Lard.<br \/>\nBreakfast BGL \u2013 7.0 mmol\/L at 06:15 am<br \/>\nBreakfast insulin \u2013 8 units of Lantus at 7:00 am, 6 units of Novorapid ( 2 as a correction for the 7.0 and 4 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the bacon ).<\/p>\n<p>Lunch \u2013 60 grams of Danish Salami and 100 grams of tasty cheese.<br \/>\nLunch BGL \u2013 5.1 mmol\/L at 1:00 pm<br \/>\nLunch insulin \u2013 Nil<\/p>\n<p>Dinner \u2013 Chicken Chasseur, carrots and beans<br \/>\nDinner BGL \u2013 6.0 mmol\/L at 6:05 pm<br \/>\nDinner Insulin \u2013 10 units of Novorapid, to cover the carb content of the Chicken Chasseur sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Bedtime BGL \u2013 4.4 mmol\/L at 9:40 pm<br \/>\nBedtime insulin \u2013 nil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>14-11-2013 No run Today.
