It takes a while for the body adjust to exercise and diminish the fight or flight response.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast \u2013 Another Hapuka fillet and 3 eggs fried in Lard.<br \/>\nBreakfast insulin \u2013 8 units of Lantus at 7:00 am, 6 units of Novorapid ( 3 as a correction for the 9.7 and 3 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the bacon ).<\/p>\n<p>Lunch \u2013 60 grams of Danish Salami and 100 grams of tasty cheese.<br \/>\nLunch BGL \u2013 6.2 mmol\/L at 12:45 pm<br \/>\nLunch insulin \u2013 Nil<\/p>\n<p>Dinner \u2013 2 x Lamb Chops, carrots, broccoli and beans<br \/>\nDinner BGL \u2013 6.7 mmol\/L at 6:10 pm<br \/>\nDinner Insulin \u2013 6 units of Novorapid, ( 2 to cover the carrots and 4 to cover the Neoglucogensis from the chops ).<\/p>\n<p>Bedtime BGL \u2013 5.4 mmol\/L at 9:35 pm<br \/>\nBedtime insulin \u2013 nil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>13-11-2013 Pre-Run \u2013 04:50 am Insulin status \u2013 last lantus 7:00 am 11\/11\/2013, last novorapid 7:30 pm 11\/11\/2013 Pre-run BGL \u2013 6.4 mmol\/L at 04:50 am Distance run 8 km.
